From your most recent flight log in the system it looks like you canceled out of the programmed flight after the top of the climb.
The Air 2S is a Virtual Stick controlled aircraft and any manual stick input on the RC will cancel out of the programmed flight.

How many times has this happened? Please make sure your aircraft log files are synced and are showing in Maps Made Easy. Then show us specific links to the flights that are having the issue.
Just as a reminder, make sure you have a super strong RC connection since it the app that is actively driving the aircraft. This type of flight is particularly susceptible to wind so make sure conditions are calm before attempting flight.
