Hello, I have been using the app for 2 years to carry out surveying work on a project in the mountains, I use a phantom 4 pro and a mini ipad 5, I am having problems getting the application to connect with the drone, it does not connect and I it throws a sign that says "connection timeout" it asks me to have an internet connection and this didn't happen before, is there a way to avoid this?

I always check with the DJI app before each flight and it works fine

Phantom 4 Pro/Adv/RTK or X4S is selected*
Reboot everything, including your iOS device and try it again. It sounds like something is holding onto the connection and not allowing Map Pilot Pro to connect.
I have already tried restarting everything several times and it does not solve anything
