Mavic 3T "Thermal"

Do you know why mapsmadeeasy won't accept the thermal images taken by the Mavic 3T?

It should accept them for a Flat Map. If not, give us a link to some of your data we can test with.

We will get this fixed at some point but it looks like you are returning your Mavic 3T so this doesn't seem like a high priority right now. 

Looking at what we already have in the system there are plenty of M3T thermal maps already processed like this one:

What error are you actually getting? The image samples you provided seem to get accepted without any issues. 

When I attempt to use the DJI Specific Workflow I get this error "There was an issue loading this image. Please make sure all the XMP and EXIF tags are present."

When I attempt to use the Classic Workflow I get this error "This image's resolution is too small. Please use larger images. Maps Made Easy no longer supports images less than 3000 pixels in width."

What am I doing wrong?

Thermal images are not suitable for use in photogrammetry. You could try using the Flat Map workflow since it doesn't rely on feature matching.
