Points

Your dashboard is where to keep an eye on Pending jobs and access finished ones. You will receive an email when it starts processing and when it is complete. 

The Pending section of the Dashboard has a note on it that "Newly uploaded maps can take as long as 5 minutes to show up as pending."

The upload happened before 15:20.  It is now 15:58- more than 30 minutes.  Other than point use, there is nothing showing on the dashboard.

I have attempted 1 transaction which should have consumed just over 100 points.  According to the dashboard, I have had 2 transactions and used all 500 promotional points. 

The system hung on the fourth screen (point use).  I was unable to click on the green, and did not advance to the final 2 screens.  I do not believe the files actually uploaded.

If the upload did not fully succeed and the job did not start processing no points are charged to the account. 

You have no maps in your account and still have your 500 promotional points.

I tried again, this time with more images.  Your site told me I didn't have enough points & sent me to buy some, which I did.  I was then unable to get back into the upload process.

I suspect I need to start over.  Please confirm.

There is not currently a way to purchase points if you start the upload process and don't have enough points. You have to go the Buy Points page, make a purchase and then continue on with your upload attempt by starting over.

Hello Tried to re-proses a map and Now im 841 points short and more than half of those photos were unprosessed. I hope you could reimburse me ?
