Blurry Photos, Cant resume terrain aware flight offline, incorrect flight resume, gimbal angle change from straight down

Sorry for earlier mishap.

I had several issues in the last flight I was hoping to get feedback.  I am new to this software and much of this may be due to DJI and my inexperience, so please bear with me.  I am using inspire 1 pro with X5.

Issue 1: terrain aware flight resulted in blurry photos.  Issue has been noted elsewhere but is occurring with new update.  I see the X5 has had issues so possibly related to this.  Any thing I can do on user end to minimize this occurrence or trouble shoot?

Issue 2.  Non terrain aware flight did not resume properly.  I believe I was offline.  Worked on most other occasions, but it resumed from an earlier flight point than the abandonment point. Any common issues I should be aware of?

Issue 3.  I cant resume terrain aware flights offline apparently.  I either get prompted to buy the terrain awareness feature again or I get an invalid token error.  Works fine if online apparently.   Solutions?

Issue 4.  At one point in my second flight of a mission, the camera angle became not nadir and very oblique.  Can you control the gimbal manually during an automated flight? At one point I bumped the gimbal controller on the remote slightly, possibly my fault.

Also was just hoping to get an idea of common issues facing x5.  Sorry to bug folks with newb questions, I appreciate any help tho

In the future, please ask each unrelated question in a separate thread so the answers will be useful for people who are searching.

1. This is likely due to your X5 camera. The X5 can have serious trouble responding to autofocus commands depending on what lens it has on it. Use only DJI recommended lenses.

2. Always keep the aircraft in programmed flight mode and allow it to land on its own. The pilot can use the sticks to guide it in but only take over in an emergency. If you switch it out of F mode, make sure you switch it back into F mode before landing or waypoints sync issues will occur.

3. Update to version 2.6.3. This issue has been addressed.

4. You likely pressed the C1/C2 buttons. We can't disable their function. If that happens you can manually drive the gimbal back to where it should be. The gimbal angle can be adjusted at any time after heading off towards the first waypoint.

Thank you for the response,  this is helpful to me and hopefully others.  I had a few follow ups though, sorry to bug but I appreciate any further help.

1.  I dont doubt the x5 has issues, but I've never had blurry photos in several past flights with drone deploy and with map pilot without terrain awareness, only terrain awareness seems to trigger this based on my limited sample.  Is it possible the recent tweak to initial focus mentioned in a previous thread could be messing with the X5?  I really like the terrain aware feature and hope it can work for me without purchasing a new camera.

2.  Good to know, I will keep that in mind.  I am pretty certain I didnt change out of flight modes when I encountered that error.  Any other possible/common causes?

3.  I am using the latest version but still had this issue multiple times.  Would it help to have airplane mode on?  I had recently disconnected from mobile hotspot when this happened.

4.  Got you, useful to know for obliques and to be more careful next time.

Thanks  in advance for any further help.

1. Email us the log file from a flight that is blurry so we can make sure the focus is being done properly. Make sure it is from the affected flight.

2. We have never seen it caused by anything else. Send us the affected log file if you want us to take a look.
