max speed in my menu is 10 m/s

And secondly, my drone is Matrix 300 RTK
For some time now, I have had a problem in designing the mission, and that is that the speed of the drone cannot be set higher than 10 meters per second, that is, there is no higher than 10 meters in the menu, and now in Matrix 300 and Gimbal P1, there is also the ability to shoot at a speed of 15 meters per second.

Two things could be making this happen: you have "Force Virtual Stick" selected in the Advanced Settings section (which you shouldn't with a waypoint aircraft) or your along track overlap is set too high for your camera's focal length and flight altitude.

The camera can only take images so fast. If you were to fly faster than 10 m/s with your along track overlap setting of 86% from 150 meters while using that lens on the P1 the camera would not be able to keep up. If you need to fly faster with that camera you will need to use less along track overlap or fly higher.
