Camera view not working

My zenmuse X5 camera view does not work when I press the swap button. I fly a Matrice 600pro and I only get the map view, the camera preview is blank. What is going on?

Does the camera view ever work? You have a Free account from what I can see so you won't be able to use the X5 camera without being on the Pro plan. It should tell you that...
