There are various reasons why you might not be able to log into an existing Maps Made Easy account from Map Pilot Pro.
Double Check for Accuracy
First things first. Verify that your account username and password are what you think they are by logging into your Maps Made Easy account at www.mapsmadeeasy.com. As long as it works there it should be working in the app.
Duplicate Accounts Detected
If you are logging in from a device that has already been associated with another account it will not be eligible to log into another account that is on a free trial. If you log in and get a message saying that your device is already associated with another account the account you are currently logging in from will be downgraded back to the Free tier.
Account is out of devices
If the device you are attempting to log in from makes it so the account is over its allotted device limit you will not be able to log in at any elevated access tier but it will be able to operate on the Free feature tier as a backup.
