App don't find my drone Phantom 4 pro

Good morning,

I downloaded your app on my new Ipad mini Wi-fi (6th generation) and I wish to buy, at the end of 7 days trial, a Pro plan. The problem is that the app do not find my drone (I always read the words "lookig for" at the left corner of the screen for a very long time). I'm using a Phantom 4 pro plus, but with an original dji RC without its integrated screen (new RC is correctly linked to drone). I just called the dji support in Rome and the say that the only difference between Pro and Pro plus is RC with its monitor (repeat, I'm not using it now, it's impossible download autoflight app on it).

May you help me? I need buy your app for my photogrammetry works, it seems great.

The first time you connect with the app it needs to be connected to the internet so it can register with DJI. That only has to happen one time per installation. 

Is the aircraft working with that remote with the DJI app? If it isn't working with that it won't work with Map Pilot Pro. 

Aside from any of that, it should connect fine. There are plenty of users that use a different remote for using iOS apps with the + model.
