Pro subscription

Hi I have just started the 2nd month of a pro subscription (23 July). My dashboard shows "1-3 GP 30 Day 0 of 20". However when I try to upload a new map I get the following message. Could you fix please? many thanks.:

Message: Oh snap! This user's subscription quota does not allow any more maps to be run within a 30 day period.

The 30 day allotment does not reset at the beginning of the month. It is a rolling 30 day number which is why it is phrased as "within a 30 day period". 

If you ran all 20 of your maps in the last few 5 days you would have to wait until they roll off and are more than 30 days away to be able to run more.
