The 30m limit is because the Air 2S is no longer logged into your DJI account. We still don't know why it allows you to do the first flight but not the second. This can be fixed by logging in to the DJI app after the first flight.

Drone Won't Continue Mission After Battery Change
Lately, I have been having trouble getting my Air 2S to continue a mission after a battery change. After I install a fresh battery, my drone will fly up to an elevation of 30m AGL and just hover there. I see the blue point on the map where the first leg of the mission ended. If I close the app and start the same mission plan, my drone will start at the beginning.

This didn't happen to me last year. Is it a new thing?

Your login is only good for a certain amount of time. Once it times out this will happen and you need to login again. You should be good for a while afterwards. This is just how DJI does it. It doesn't actually have anything to do with Map Pilot Pro.
