map pilot pro for android - can't find dji 2 S aircraft

I have a DJI Air 2 S and I'm trying to use Map Pilot Pro for Android. Map Pilot is not recognizing the aircraft. The message - searching for the aircraft but does not recognize it

Turn off the aircraft and the remote. Turn both back on. Be outside with a full view of the sky while still connected to the internet. Open the DJI app to make sure everything is working and connecting properly. Then FULLY close the DJI app and open Map Pilot Pro. 

You also would need to log into your Maps Made Easy account in the app Settings.
