Mission upload constantly fails (but has used up all my promotional points!)

So you are saying that your image uploads are failing. If you are having trouble uploading on one of the workflows try the other (let us know which one is failing for you). 

Uploading Missions does not consume Maps Made Easy processing points. 

Looking at your account I see one job that you processed successfully (837 points). That is the only attempt I can see. There are no other point transactions. The promotional points got converted to purchased points when you did your purchase of 1500 points.
