How do I cancel an upload? Can I get a refund?

I did an upload using chrome and started the process but it never finished.  How do I cancel this and can I get a refund?  I now know that I should of used Firefox.

You can cancel an upload at any time during the upload process by simply leaving the page. No points are charged until all the files have been uploaded or you opt to proceed without any images that had errors uploading. 

Chrome should work just fine but some plugins and antivirus software can interfere with the uploading.
