Still not working...I am getting email from a noreply email address asking me to email things...screen shot...error log...I replied with attachments not noticing the noreply...my bad....where do I send it...I get to Step 4. Select and Upload Images and program is not responsive.

That's not good... Can you please post a screenshot or email one of what you are seeing?
What exactly is the issue? Failed uploads? Inability to select files?
If you right click on the page and select 'Inspect' then click on 'Console' are there any errors there in red?
