We would love to help if you could be more specific about what is not working for you... 

Have you successfully collected data?

Are you having upload issues?

Does your data comply with the Data Collection guidelines?

Are you sure you have enough overlap for what you are trying to map?

Have you done some small free tests to isolate the issue?

Did you process or rename the files to something different than they came of the SD card?

We are here to help but need a bit more to go on.
