Flight execution problems - Air 2S and IOS

Good afternoon. Today I attempted to map a small area using an Air2s and the Map Pilot Pro app (still in the trial version) on iOS. I configured everything correctly, but when I launched the drone, it kept circling the area of interest and did not capture any images of the location. I checked using the native DJI app, and it did not show any errors. Does anyone know what might be happening?
