2nd ttempted to create map with 63 (RGB) images that had serious stitching issues in the generated mosaic. Platform is a Phantom 3 standard. I even tried the "tag fixer" tool. Needless to say I used quite a few purchased points in the attempt.
1st attempt to create a map I was succesaful...no issues.
Interesting, the same 63 pics were uploaded to datamapper and the mosaic was flawless
What gives??

It appears that you are not using anywhere near enough overlap. From the jobs in your account it looks like you are trying to use 50-60% overlap which is insufficient give your survey area content.
If you take your data with 75% overlap and upload the images directly as they come off the SD card it will likely work our perfectly.
