We are sorry to hear you are having issues. The older versions of Map Pilot Pro were end-of-lifed at the beginning of last year. There were multiple warnings via in app popups, emails, and Dashboard posts informing users that they will need to transition over to the new Map Pilot Pro app.
It also look like you got these messages and have already done a Map Pilot Pro trial period that expired on December 8.
Your email address was sent emails on May 28 and November 30 regarding this matter. They included the following:
Your current copy of the app will continue to work but we can't guarantee all features will continue to function properly beyond May 15, 2021. Anything related to elevation/tile services, flight log syncing, mission syncing, and automated mission naming will cease to function at some point. As long as you are not using any of those features the basic functions should continue to operate until the end of the year.
There was a ton of warning that your version of Map Pilot would be going away. This should not have been a surprise.
The emails you received all had discount codes in them with offers to upgrade. The value of these discounts is greater than what you had initially spent on the app.
