Full resolution image (JPG) showing as 0 bytes in advanced output

I recently submitted 1991 images to be processed covering approx. 500 acres of land. When I was downloading my files from the advanced output, it shows the size of my full resolution image as 0 bytes. All the other files are present and can be downloaded such as the DEM, GeoTiff, etc. Where do I find my full resolution image? This project cost me almost 9000 points and is the most important part of the project for me. Please advise!

It looks like that file size exceeded the maximum limit for the JPG file format. If you still really need the JPG you could download the GeoTiff and create a downscaled version of it in JPG.

Could the JPG not be broken up to make two smaller images? I don't know how to go about creating a JPG from the GeoTiff.

You can do it pretty easily in QGIS in two steps. Resize to a GeoTiff the size you want. Then save it as a JPG.

Add the GeoTiff as a Raster layer.

Layer -> Add Layer -> Add Raster Layer

Then right click on it in the Layers list. Select Export -> Save As.

Then change the columns and rows to the resolution you want. Give it a Filename and hit OK. This will create a new GeoTiff that has the resolution you want. Choose half of each value in the columns and rows to get a 50% resolution file.

Make sure that new file is added as a Layer and is selected. Then go up to Raster -> Conversion -> Translate.

Here you can select JPG as the file type and save it.
