Flat Map Workflow Minimum Image Count

I just attempted to use your Flat Map workflow to create a small map with only 16 images.   However it appears that I am required to have at least 20.  I selected the 16 images, but now there is a button saying "Add 4 more files".  It will not let me proceed past this point.  Am I missing something?
