The capabilities of this application are incredible! I would love to see a web based misson planning app that I could use in a browser. It would be great to create a mission on my desktop and load in my own kml data, and draw the mission out in the browser and then sync that mission with the iPad. I enjoy the app, but I hate planning large and involved missions using the touch interface, and it would be easier to load in our own data as a KML or JSON that might help in planning.

We have a new feature coming out that allows you to define the boundary of the flight on a desktop browser but you still won't be able to plan your own waypoints. The location of the waypoints are determined by the flight altitude, overlap, camera and camera settings.

yes , mission planning from the portal would be great, if we can just have the same options as we do when mission planning from the ipad, that would great.
