logo water mark to large

In map view it's seems to be enlarging my logo where it is covering the majority of the map. Even resized smaller in photoshop.. anyway to make it smaller?

I am seeing that the native resolution of the image you are linking to is 360x250. You need to resize it in Photoshop or something and then upload it to imgur again. They you need to put the new image's link in your profile.

For example, our logo is 140x33
