I have a very large map that I made with 90% overlap. It has more than 1000 images in it, so there are some images with the same filename in different folders. How should I handle this? I am guessing that I need to rename a section of them, and then upload them, but I wanted to run this by you first. Let me know what you think I should do. Thanks.

All of the files need to be unique. There are some utilities out there that will change the file names for you. We see it all the time but don't actually know what the other users are using.
Try something like this:
Okay, that sounds good, and I have the tools to do that. I just wanted to make sure that resaving them would not mess up the order of the images in the system so you know where to stitch them together. If that is alright, I will proceed with renaming them.
