We were in the field and could not fly below 30 meters. I changed my subscription to Pro but it still would not let us fly below 30 meters. Will this continue to be a problem?

You need to log into your Maps Made Easy account in the Map Pilot Pro settings and make sure it shows your service level as being Pro in order to have access to the Pro features in the app. I am not seeing any devices associated with your account yet so it would appear you haven't logged in from the app.

My profile shows "Subscription Current: Pro". The Map Pilot Dashboard shows the flights completed last week using Map Pilot Pro so I don't understand your comment " it would appear you haven't logged in from the app".

Oh, right. The associated devices gets reset when you upgrade your account. I see the old flights but you need to log in again or hit the 'Sync' button in the Maps Made Easy section of the Settings to pull the new account information.
