Details for multi battery mission

Where do I find the instructions for multi battery missions for Inspire 1? Obviously the SDK does not allow autonomous take off yet, so once the i1 returns home, what next? Take out the battery, start it up again, fly via transmitter to 5m, then 'continue'? Please tell me its that easy?
