This has been referred to as the "bucking" behavior. We have seen it about every 1 in 10 flights. It doesn't affect the path that is flown or the imagery that gets collected but it sure is unnerving. There isn't anything wrong with your aircraft. It has happened on all of our P3s we test with. It won't harm the motors either.
We believe it is an issue with DJI's automated flight control firmware that is telling it to adjust the high quickly when it doesn't actually need it. It just gets into and oscillation state and stays there.
Feel free to report it to DJI on their forums or email at dev@dji.com
We have heard reports that it has been fixed in an upcoming firmware release.
